Crystals and minerals, in their natural state, can sometimes be delicate. We pour our care into packaging your chosen pieces securely so they arrive safely. However, the journey through transit can sometimes be unpredictable, and unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur despite our best efforts.

To keep our focus on offering unique and ethically sourced pieces, and to support sustainable practices, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders. We truly appreciate your understanding of this policy.

While we wish every package had a smooth journey, we want to be transparent. Opalescent Origin is not responsible for items that may be broken, damaged, lost, or, in rare cases, stolen during the shipping process.

To offer you extra peace of mind, shipping insurance is included with your purchase. In the unfortunate event of damage or loss during transit, this insurance is there to help with the claims process through the shipping carrier.

We absolutely adore the unique character that natural imperfections bring to our crystals. Tiny fissures, slight variations in color, or minor inclusions are all part of their story and journey from the Earth. By embracing these natural aspects, we aim to support sustainable practices and minimize waste – every piece of Earth's art deserves to be cherished. We do our best to highlight any noticeable imperfections before your order makes its way to you.

Please keep in mind that the colors and appearance of your crystal may look slightly different depending on the settings of your monitor and how your individual screen is calibrated. We strive to provide accurate photos, but these slight variations are a natural part of the digital viewing experience.
